Practical Exercise Plan (PEP)
I do my core work out with weights.... There is an off-day (same routine, no weights) work out too. So I work out everyday, usually! Except I do not on Sundays, sometimes. It is a combination of 'Energy Yoga' and 'Escape Your Shape' books! I am planning on adding illustrations after I have it put together better. This is how I'm keeping in shape. Fitness is a Big change in your Lifestyle... Drinking enough water and Eating right is a big part of your Fitness too!

I've decided not to upload any more Originals and Only upload my Favorites from a Shoot. From there the Best ones will be divided into the Best for Art Galleries. As I have time I will Make Art Pieces out of some of them... it is as I get thoughts of Inspiration that combine well with one or more of those Best Photographs.

Sitting Right ♦♥♦ Plus an easy exercise!
What's the Problem? When I sit I try to sit without slouching, sometimes... okay a lot of the time I catch myself slouching...
What do you do when you recognize this? You sit upright or stand up and stretch your arms up. That helps you regaining good posture.
What is the Exercise? After stretching, sit or stay standing and tighten your stomach muscles for as long as you remember to... this is called oscillating exercise -- when you tighten your abs on your stomach.
When can you do this Exercise? I love this exercise because you may do it anywhere! Sitting, standing, playing, wherever you may be!
What reminds you to do this? I remember when ever my body is feeling stiff or I start to get grumpy because my computer is loading slow... that's when I know I need to stand up and do this exercise. Also when I see people thinner or larger then me - I do the exercise with or with out stretching first.

Less is More
I LOVE the saying "Less is More"
I have put it into action on here - My Wonderful Blog!
I am trying to put it into action for my Keywords...
It is very true, It will work for everything if you let it.
Simple vs Complicated
There is a lot more to get into but I'm going to keep this Simple.

When to Stop ♦♥♦ Being Too Nice
When do you know your being too nice? When what your doing is out of your way, for someone who does not appreciate or value it. When you are damaging relationships and your own life is put on hold and you may be doing everything you can to please this kind of not-so-nice person. It may be a complete stranger from anything in between to people you may have known you whole life. But when those people who step on you (when it's convenient for them) and you have to spend all of your energy to try pleasing them - they will simply never be happy no matter how you bend over backwards.
Should I Still Be Nice? It is good to be nice most the time, as common courtesy and especially for Business ♦♥♦ Being Nice is Good!
Praise yourself for being a Good Person!

Solution? Take a moment before responding and Stop the Too Nice Cycle ♦♥♦ When you take some time to think what you are really devoting to before you say the Automatic "Yes" you will be much happier with being true to yourself. Enjoy YOUR Life and Relationships Much More! Say "No" in whatever way works, if the nice way does not work then say the stiff "No".
Do not say "sorry" later on for standing up for yourself. The Too Nice cycle will most likely begin again if you do so!
Respect yourself by Standing up for Yourself!

Pack Rat ♦♥♦ Letting go
Yes, I was a pack rat...
Why? I have 7 siblings and had very little growing up. As I grew older and was able to work, I was able to buy the things I had always wanted. I did not know how to let go of things after a while and for a few years I accumulated a lot of useless items. I kept them since I worked so hard to earn them.
What Now? I have donated every item I no longer use or need. I have simplified my life, that means letting go of useless items I never or no longer use. I still keep momentous items (letters, cards and photos) from Different stages of my life and have them in close reach or view threw-out my house.
♦♥♦ Inspirational Quote and Photograph ♦♥♦
To Relax... Just Close your Eyes and Breathe.

Photographed by: Kerrianna
How do you let go? The encouragement and help from my husband! It helps a great deal to have another opinion, if you are a recovering pack rat. Now, I am letting go and no longer feel like a pack rat! What a relief to be able to use and need what is in your house! Although I still have to keep at it and let go of items as they become un-necessary.
Less is More!

Eating Right *Decisions & Tips
Everyone has problems, I'm struggling here - when I get hungry I think it would be easier just to eat a fast yet un-healthy snack or meal. But if I take a second and really think about a good solution for my hunger... I do! Choosing it is the part that is hard at times.... I wish I could just wipe out all the bad foods!
Instead I resist temptation... when I eat healthy and I go run an errand I treat myself to a mint patty and $20 or $40 with out a mint patty.
I divided them below from my real life examples:
Breakfast
1st thought - Un-healthy choice:
Over Processed and sugar filled cereal - the list of these cereals are endless but in this last case today it was horrid 'Marshmallow mateys'
Healthy choice:
(4 cups) Filtered Water (not all at once) + Apple slices + Oatmeal = ingredients I choose to make Oatmeal scrumptious today were: (~1/2 cup) Whole Oats, (1 teaspoon)honey, (1/4 teaspoon) cinnamon, (1/4 teaspoon) vanilla, (1/4 cup) raisins, (teaspoon) peanut butter and (~1/2 cup) whole milk
Lunch - Snacks
1st thought - Un-healthy choice:
Dehydrating Pop with Chips, Pizza & Noodles
Healthy choice:
(6 cups) Filtered Water (not all at once) + (13) carrots + (cut off 1/3 cup slices) cheese + (3 leafs) lettuce + (5) ham slices

Dinner
1st thought - Un-healthy choice:
Pancakes with strawberry syrup and sugary ice-cream and plopped whip cream
Healthy choice:
(3 cups) Filtered Water (not all at once) + Apple slices + Eggs + Rice with Honey and Whole Milk
Also I am trying not to eating or *drinking after 9pm *only drinking Filtered water

Thoughts
The mind is tricky, reminders are great for remembering what you want to do and when. If I do not set reminders I would waste my time and forget about some of my Top Priorities! My phone has 8 reminders for today... I also have 8 sticky notes with different yet corresponding notes about where I want to go or what I need to do to move forward... Goals... projects... orders... processing reminders... to call... Daily to do Lists ... Activities to do and what day's... I love my reminders! Although on vacation I turn them all off.
My son's hair was cut down almost bald today, my husband did it! I'm kind of shocked by it... I miss his hair, he still looks adorable but I loved his hair! Photograph below of Zachary and I (By my sister Kerrianna) Before the Hair-cut:

My daughter is resting and my husband and son are visiting with our wonderful neighbor Loyette. We all really love her! Zachary sweeps our outside porch about everyday and we did some productive gardening yesterday with Loyette. He waters the plants really good about every day. We do sign language (photo below from camping - he is saying and signing "I Love You"), alphabetic, color/cutting and number lessons about everyday; Also he gets to do computer lesson, Exercise/stretching time and hamster time.

4 Inspirational notes:
It is amazing how much everything can change in a blink of an eye!
Love the ones who care for you and you will never go wrong.
Time is as useful as you make it.
Enjoy what you have, joyfully love any opportunities that arise!
